Hi all!

Great news: As of today I no longer (save for a couple of meetings, a slideshow and a class exhibition) have to worry about college again!

..... unless I didn't pass the year and have to repeat.
But that wouldn't happen!
...... well.... maybe......
NO! I PASSED DARN IT! I'M DONE!

Work is also going well. Long days, inevitably tough quotas and perpetually early mornings but hey, thats life, right?
Kind of became addicted to 9am Starbucks Hazelnut Skinny Lattes though.

Anyhu, onto the next matter:

Hello everyone, I ask for help from the great artists of DA. you will see I'm writing a novel, is based on the future, as a way to save resources, the governments began to feed the countries with nuclear power, but something went wrong, there are almost no resources for the few people left to survive for long and there are people who, due to radiation received skills, who scare to others.

Well its a young adult supernatural series. Something new and different for once, right? lol. But it truly is a decent read. Kelley armstrong has been writing supernatural thrillers for about a decade now, and i've followed her books since the very first, so i can say without question that her writing is very entertaining. Just the right mixture of funny, suspenceful and scary.

Specifically the darkest powers series is about a young girl who has a breakdown in school after apparently hallucinating and is thrown into a home for mentally disturbed kids after being diagnosed with Schizophrenia, when in fact she is a necromancer and can communicate with the dead.

The author started out writing more adult books, with much more blood, swearing, sex, gore, and so on. But again, seriously entertaining and always about the supernatural. which is good.

I dont have the darkest powers series, but I can email you the pdf of her first book 'Bitten' if you like.

Sure! ^_^ like i said, i dont have the young adult genre, but her other stuff is just as good if not better.
Just message me your email address and i'll send you her first book 'Bitten', as well as a book of 4 amazing stories which basically is the childhood of one of the main characters from Bitten. He's a werewolf by the way, which makes it extremely interesting. VERY good.

I drew this picture which was inspired by it [link] .
The book, called 'men of the otherworld' is broken up into 4 stories (a short one, two longer ones and a short one at the end), and I will recommend, due to potential spoilers for later on in the series, that you skip right over those two and just read the stories in the middle: 'Savage' and 'Ascension'.

Just a suggestion.

i really love your darkest powers art! Well, i love all your art, but mostly your DP art

i was wondering if your planning on doing any other ChloeXDerek art, or just DP art in general.

I have a few questions for you too,

1. What program do you use?
2. How long do you pictures take regularly?

Hi there

No you're not annoying me aven a little tiny bit. I'm flattered you took the time to contact lil old me.
And i usually use photoshop to draw my pictures. i mean, i also do pen/pencil and scan em in from time to time, but mostly its photoshop. With a wacom of course. Havent the foggiest idea of how i managed to create art with a mouse before I got my graphics tablet.

And as for how long they take me, it really depends on the pic. Sometimes it takes me over an hour just to get a pose right, and sometimes i can bash something out in like 10 minutes start to finish. But on average, if i had to pinpoint how long it takes to do a basic full colored character pic, i'd have to say about 6 hours in total. give or take obviously.
