Hi guys!

Sorry I dropped off the face of the earth for a few months there. Work work work, and more work really takes its toll on my daily hours and concentration.

However I've decided to start drawing recreationally again. I would always get so blah when I'd think about doing a new fantabulous piece and then, well, go to bed so I could get up the next morning.

But hey, nobody said I can't submit some quick sketches and rough stuff, right? Plus, its about darn time I got back to drawing for fun again. I'm an artist ^_^

Plus Halloween is just around the corner, and thats a good place to get started

So I'm gonna aim for at least 1 pic a week. Any suggestions, do let me know please

Hay I'm a big fan of your work.
I'm new to the sight and I was wondering If I could ask what program you use to color your works. So far I can only do little black and white sort of works and the quality is not the greatest when I try to digitize my works (Assuming that's what your even supposed to do).

I could really use an experienced deviant artists opinion and as I said I love your works so bingo bango here I am!

sorry it took me a while to respond, and im flattered that you like my work *hug*
The program that i normally use to color is photoshop, but its a long lengthy process of shading and blending. lots of layers and lots of minor tweaks here and there, which added together make a huge difference in the end. what is your coloring process and technique?

I don't have a program to color on my computer. I tried to color the picture and then just scan it in paint like what I do with my ink works but it always looks more like I took a picture of it with a cheep-o camera. But it works fine with black and white so that's what I use and they look fine....sorta.

But thanks, Ill see if I cant find a free or a trail version of the program and try it out.

no problem

adobe photoshop is expensive if you buy it although im sure you'd be able to find a downloadable version somewhere on the internet.
But if you want a similar program thats completely free, its called GIMP. here's a link to the site

i've recommended this to a few people who didnt have photoshop and were looking for a free alternative so they can paint and make digital images as well as fix up/colour scanned drawings (which i assume you'd like to try your hand at so to speak)

so yeah, give it a shot if you like ^_^
